What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

If no one is available at your address to collect your parcel, our courier partner will usually try to contact you via phone or leave a notification. The parcel may be sent to your local courier hub for pickup, or a re-delivery will be attempted. If you requested a specific expedited delivery, please follow the courier’s instructions to re-arrange delivery.

What if I enter the incorrect shipping address?

Please email us at handsypretty@gmail.com as soon as you can with the correct address. However, please note that our fulfillment team is very efficient at packing and shipping orders. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to change the shipping address or retrieve your parcel.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If you are located in Pakistan and have not received your order within 7 working days from the date it was dispatched, please send an email to handsypretty@gmail.com and we will look into it for you immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

  • How to Return: Send an email to handsypretty@gmail.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you would like to return your item, and an additional 14 days to send the item back to us for a refund or exchange.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We do not offer pre-paid return labels. The customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item. Additionally, the original shipping cost of your order is non-refundable.
  • Hygiene Policy: All jewelry is refundable or exchangeable except earrings, which cannot be returned due to strict hygiene reasons.
  • Condition of Items: Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original Handsy Pretty packaging will be refunded.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from the date we receive your returned products. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we require photographic evidence within 1 week of you receiving the product. Please email the photos and your order details to handsypretty@gmail.com.
  • Faulty Replacements: If your jewelry piece develops a fault (e.g., a color fade, broken chain, or loose stone) within the warranty period, please note we will replace the jewelry piece only once.
  • Proof of Postage: If you choose to return your item using a standard untracked delivery service, please ensure you ask for proof of postage from the courier. We cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return journey to us.

Cancellations

You cannot cancel your order after 2 hours of placing it, as your order will already be in the process of being fulfilled and shipped. If you miss this window and still wish to return your order once it arrives, please note our standard return policy applies and we do not offer free returns.

Promo Codes & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes which may apply to any, or certain specified, purchases made through the Handsy Pretty website.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Each promo code will be subject to specific terms and conditions specified at the time the code is issued (including the expiration date), in addition to those mentioned in these Terms of Use.

Only one promo code can be used per order.

A promo code cannot be applied to an order after that order has been placed, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A maximum spend limit of Rs. 150,000 (or equivalent local currency) pre-discount applies per order.

Certain brand or product category exclusions may apply. We will let you know if you cannot use your promo code on specific items before you complete your checkout.

Expired promo codes cannot be used or reactivated.

We cannot accept any responsibility once we have given you a promo code, and we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement if it gets lost or used by someone else. We are also not obliged to issue a new promo code if you place an order to replace a lost item.

If a promo code is offered on the Handsy Pretty website and cannot run properly due to fraud, tampering, technical errors, or anything else beyond our control that affects the administration, security, or fairness of the promotion, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promo code.

Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you receive a unique promo code, it can only be used by you on your own Handsy Pretty account for the purpose it was issued. You must keep it confidential. Do not share your code directly with others or post it publicly (e.g., on social media or forums).

If we believe you are abusing the use of promo codes in any way (for example, selling them to others), we reserve the right to cancel your promo code or suspend/close your Handsy Pretty account without prior notice.
